Where do you Service?

  • Rapid Refreshment currently serves the majority of the State of Florida, excluding the panhandle. Please reference the map below.

Am I required to be a business owner or shopping for business to purchase from Rapid Refreshment? 

  • No, while Rapid Refreshment strives to supply business owners with the opportunity to either resell or offer beverages in the workplace our assortment is open to the everyone in the select locations we distribute in. 

How long does it take for delivery?

  • Orders should be expected to ship within 1 business day. Deliveries are made via commercial ground parcel delivery, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.  

 

What is the best way to contact you?

  • Please utilize the "chat with us" feature for the best response time. If unavailable because outside of business hours, please reach out via email at HelpDesk@rapidrefreshment.com

 

What if there is a problem with my Delivery?

  • All sales are final. Once an order is submitted all sales are final. However if there is an error, please reach out to HelpDesk@rapidrefreshment.com and we will be happy to investigate the issue.

    Reporting a Problem.  If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing HelpDesk@rapidfreshment.com . You will need to quote your order number, and the details of the problem with the order. We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 1 working day and will do our best to resolve it within 28 days.
